To be accountable to another person helps us personally and professionally. 

Accountability implies commitment, that you not only let yourself down but that partner. Find that partner who will help you overcome procrastination.

Here's how you can build on your accountability habit:

• find an accountability buddy to help you achieve your health goals;
• create accountability by using an app that sends you daily reminders, like Headspace or Calm for meditation, Noom for tracking what you eat or Fitbit t...

• Choose a friend who wants to achieve a similar goal (an accountability buddy) and make a plan. Accountability might mean checking-in once or twice a week to see how you’re doing.
• An app is a great way to add accountability to your day, because
