Go for Habits & Not Motivation

Don't just say I will eat healthy from tomorrow. Say I will soak sprouts tonight which I'll consume tomorrow morning 30 mins after my exercise. This will make your goal specific. Don't say I'll start exercising. Say I'll wake up at 6am everyday, change into my workout clothes & do workout for 30 mins in my drawing
