Healing Is Gradual.
Sometimes when we share our grief with someone and they respond with this phrase, we find it to be bullsh**, but that's okay.
As time passes, we realize that nothing happens without taking its course. We look at ourselves in the mirror and find ourselves different, but better.
The reality is that we don't heal, but we become immune to those traumas, which I guess is the same thing. Probably, healing is not rising anew, but finding comfort in memories.
