Some day, sit down and be completely honest with yourself. What are some of the things that bring you that joy that is so easy to enjoy yet are effortless for you? Follow those things. Like to eat food? Become a food critic or cook. Like to talk with others? Start a podcast about something you are interested in. And no, you do not need to be an expert in whatever you do. Just enjoy doing whatever you choose. This will calm your spirit in the long run.
